Step 1: Create New QR

Click the ‘Create New QR’ button at the top of the page. A box will open to start creating your QR. Click Next to proceed with the new QR

Step 2: Enter URL

Click inside the URL field → “https://” auto-appears. Click again to highlight it, then type or paste your destination link (e.g. https://yourwebsite.com).

Step 3: Select Icon (Optional)

In the “Icon (Optional)” dropdown, choose from many ready icons (Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, vCard, etc.) or upload your own custom image. The selected icon appears in the QR preview.

Step 4: Add Another Layer

Click “Add Another Layer” to create multi-destination QR. Add new URL + icon for each layer. Users see all links as beautiful buttons/cards when they scan.

Step 5: QR Code Color & Overlay

Click the color box to pick your QR color. Check “Overlay” to make the whole QR solid color (stylish but test scanning). Unchecked = classic black modules on white background (most reliable).

Step 6: Upload Product Image (Optional)

Click “Upload Product Image”, select photo. Choose position (Top/Center/Bottom) and decide if “Additional Details” icon should show. Great for products, menus, catalogs.

Step 7: Reset Customizations

Click “Reset” → select which parts (color, logo, layers, etc.) to revert to default → Submit. Safe way to undo changes without deleting the whole QR.

Step 8: Delete QR Code

Click red “Delete” button → confirm in popup. Permanently removes the QR and its analytics (if any). Irreversible – use only when sure.

Step 9: Remove Layer

For extra layers only: click red “Remove” button next to the layer you want to delete. That URL + icon disappears instantly; preview updates.

Step 10: Upload Logo

Click purple “Upload Logo”, choose PNG (transparent best). Add optional clickable URL + choose position (Top/Center/Bottom). Logo embeds inside the QR for strong branding.

Step 11: Tag

Click purple “Upload Logo”, choose PNG (transparent best). Add optional clickable URL + choose position (Top/Center/Bottom). Logo embeds inside the QR for strong branding.

Step 12: Geofencing

Control visibility by location – Show QR content only in specific areas Define target zones – Set city, region, or exact GPS coordinates Layer-based control – Choose which layers appear in that location

Step 13: Reorder Layers

The three vertical dots ⋮⋮ (drag handle) next to each layer let you easily change the order of your layers. This controls the sequence in which buttons/cards appear on the final preview page when someone scans the QR.

Step 14: Preview & Copy Link

The preview section on the right side lets you instantly see how your QR code and final landing page will look to users who scan it. You can also quickly copy the preview page link to share or test.

Step 15: QR Code Preview – Copy Options

The three vertical dots ⋮⋮ (drag handle) next to each layer let you easily change the order of your layers. This controls the sequence in which buttons/cards appear on the final preview page when someone scans the QR.

Step 16: Save Changes

Click "Save Changes" to apply all configurations.

Step 17: Admin Button clicks

4 options appear: Lock Items, Roles, Product Fields, Set as Template.
Lock Items: Click unlock icon on any QR box to permanently lock that item from user edits.
Roles: Manage all users & permissions from the User Management link. Set as Template: Enter number of copies → click Go to instantly duplicate this template.
